OEM, ODM ordering flows
1.Customers declare their requirements, (OEM, ODM or processing with customer's samples)
2.Jimy will design the sample, modify it according to customers' requirements until it is confirmed by the latter.
3. Jimy will produce the sample for customer trying, if also need modification, will do it again until the customer confirm the sample mode.
4.Then Jimy will start producing the order quantities for customers.

P.S.
1. Both parties agree OEM order quantity, then Jimy will calculate the unit price.
2. The customer should pay production downpayment 30 percent at least.
3.Jimy will produce the sample first for your confirmation, then start production.
4.Balance payment should be paid before delivery.
